The second instalment of our Eat the Seasons Taster Table featured the very versatile and humble Beetroot.

Beetroot Hummus with Homemade Beetroot Crisps, Vegan & Gluten Free Beetroot Brownie with Beetroot Buttercream, Pickled Golden & Candy Beetroot and finally a Beetroot and Apple Ice Tea
