Every month at Worksop College we aim to showcase a season vegetable at its peak. This month we chose Kale, best eaten in January.

Our Taster Table was set up in the dining hall to capture the students and teachers at lunch time
Our aim is to incorporate the vegetable into was people might not have thought - Kale Smoothie, Kale Pesto on Focaccia Cracker and finally crispy Five Spice Kale
Our Next Taster Table will be on 22.02.24 and feature Beetroot
